We have finally seen the launch of Notting Phone 1. OnePlus CEO and co-founder Carl Pei announced the device during a livestream.
Ahead of this launch, nothing announced a lot of details related to the phone. Going into Livestream, we already knew what the phone looks like, most of its specs and even some availability details. However, now we know a lot about the device.
There are two very interesting things related to the way the Nothing Phone 1 looks. The first one is the general design of the device, which includes glass back. Below the rear glass, you can see the actual working inside of the phone.
The phone was launched on July 12, 2022. The phone features a 6.55-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. The phone runs Android 12 and is backed by a 4500mAh battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, Nothing Phone 1 features a dual-camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 16-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup is autofocused. It has a single 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
The phone runs on Android 12 and packs 128GB, 256GB inbuilt storage.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Compass, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor and In-display fingerprint sensor.
As of July 15, 2022, the price of Nothing Phone 1 in India starts at Rs. 31,999.
